Return & Replacement Policy
It’s an unusual case for Prestize BD in which the customers didn’t receive their products intact. But there may be times when we fall short of your expectations, that circumstances are not on our side. But now there is a trust between customers and Prestize BD, to strengthen and motivate this trust of Prestizebd.com also provides you the flexibility to return the items you have received (In case product is broken or defective). Prestize BD gives you fresh and raw products in return in that case.
If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return an item as long as it satisfies the following requirement:
It falls within 03 Days from the date of delivery.
The returned items should be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging attached without being broken, open or tampered.
If you received a free promotional item with the item, the free item must also be returned.
Prestize BD team will be the authority for refund/replacement of the products after inspecting and checking the requirements of such.
Replacement depends on the stock availability with the Supplier. In case the product doesn’t stay in stock, you will be given a full refund, without all questions asked.
Kindly note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge shall not be refunded and thus would be excluded from the refund value of your order as they are non-refundable charges.
Reasons for returns & replacement
· Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
· Size Mismatch for Shoes and clothing items.
· Color or Design Mismatch for all Bag Packs items.
· Wrong product sent.
How to return:
Contact Prestize BD Customer Care team by emailing info@prestizebd.com or call to
+880 1618-632609 or message in the messenger within 03 days after receiving your order. We advise our customer to make a video of the first unboxing after receiving the parcel immediately. It helps the Customer Care Team to understand if the product was sent faulty from the facility. We request the customer to send the video while complaining about the return/replacement.
Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check and a thorough investigation of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Policy
We will issue the refund once we have finished processing your return.
Replacement is based on stock availability with the Supplier. If the product is not available with us, you will be refunded the entire amount without any questions.
Please note that Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge would not be part of the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charge.
At COD, since you are not paying anything to us in this case, So, nothing to return!
If you have paid using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will get the refund amount in the respected finance service.
If you had made a duplicate or double payment by mistake please provide us the accurate information about that error. If the investigation team finds out the positive result, you will get that amount too.

Order Cancellation
Once you place the order, a phone confirmation will be received. If you want, you can cancel that order when you get our confirmation called. After you consented to leave with the product on our confirmation call, you would not have the option to cancel your order.
No refund amount to process or issue if you have chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) as no amount has been paid for your order.
For all Payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will get refunded in your respective account after the cancellation of your order. We will refund your full order amount.
Governing Law
This website is developed in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh will govern this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of law provisions to the contrary. You will not bring or institute or sue upon any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, or to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts situated Dhaka City. Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders

In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Prestizebd.com reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Prestizebd.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your respected Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

· Customer fails to provide accurate documents during the payment details verification.

· Customer returns the invalid product.

· Customers are involved in the snatch and run for any order.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Prestizebd.com from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Prestizebd.com that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.

Payment & Shipping
Prestizebd.com offers Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad) as payment method.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Prestizebd.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss shall remain with Prestizebd.com until the item is transferred to you. In the event that the items are damaged after receipt, the risk falls on the customer.
