Refund and Returns Policy
It’s an unusual case for Prestize BD in which the customers didn’t receive their products intact. But there may be times when we fall short of your expectations, that circumstances are not on our side. But now there is a trust between customers and Prestize BD, to strengthen and motivate this trust of Prestizebd.com also provides you the flexibility to return the items you have received (In case product is broken or defective). Prestize BD gives you fresh and raw products in return in that case.
If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return an item as long as it satisfies the following requirement:
It falls within 03 Days from the date of delivery.
The returned items should be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging attached without being broken, open or tampered.
If you received a free promotional item with the item, the free item must also be returned.
Prestize BD team will be the authority for refund/replacement of the products after inspecting and checking the requirements of such.
Replacement depends on the stock availability with the Supplier. In case the product doesn’t stay in stock, you will be given a full refund, without all questions asked.
Kindly note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge shall not be refunded and thus would be excluded from the refund value of your order as they are non-refundable charges.

· Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
· Size Mismatch for Shoes and clothing items.
· Color or Design Mismatch for all Bag Packs items.
· Wrong product sent.

+880 1618-632609 or message in the messenger within 03 days after receiving your order. We advise our customer to make a video of the first unboxing after receiving the parcel immediately. It helps the Customer Care Team to understand if the product was sent faulty from the facility. We request the customer to send the video while complaining about the return/replacement.
Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check and a thorough investigation of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.
𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
We will issue the refund once we have finished processing your return.
Replacement is based on stock availability with the Supplier. If the product is not available with us, you will be refunded the entire amount without any questions.
Please note that Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge would not be part of the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charge.
At COD, since you are not paying anything to us in this case, So, nothing to return!
If you have paid using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will get the refund amount in the respected finance service.
If you had made a duplicate or double payment by mistake please provide us the accurate information about that error. If the investigation team finds out the positive result, you will get that amount too.
