Dear Customer, thank you very much for purchasing from Prestize BD. Your ordered product will be delivered to your address by the courier company within 3-5 working days (In Sha Allah).

You can get real-time updates on your product via SMS from the courier company.

Note: Please record video on your mobile phone while unboxing your product when you first receive it. If the product is found to be defective right out of the box or packet after opening, you can send the video clip as proof to the customer care representative when requesting a refund or exchange.
